Thank you for shopping with Empty Heads Apparel! Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or issue with your order. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds for Wrong Orders or Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product.

  • The item does not fit as expected (please refer to our size guide before ordering).

Returns & Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Printing defects (misprints, incorrect prints, missing prints).

  • Stains or major color discrepancies.

  • Damage to the fabric or product due to a manufacturing error.

To request a return or refund for a defective item, you must:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at emptyheadsapparel@gmail.com.

  2. Provide a clear photo of the defective or damaged item.

  3. Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide further instructions.

Processing Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 6-8 business days to reflect in your account.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
